“Card was here within a week of ordering it. I've used it a few times. Sometimes though people dont recognise its validity and refuse to let me use the toilet. Thanks for sending me one though.”

“Hi ! I ordered this for my son he’s asd 9 years old and still in nappies. It’s been lovely I’ve not needed to use it ...... yet . I also let my nanny know as well as she has a catheter. And a chap called Alan rings her each week to check on her .”

“Thank you so much for sending me the card it was my sister that found it I have very bad IBS so you can understand the need for a loo quickly I have actually used this card already twice when I was out in a area I didn’t know so had no idea we’re toilets were both times I’ve showed it in store we’re they haven’t got customer toilets and both times they’ve taken me to staff toilets can’t thank them enough for acknowledging my card so thank you Mrs E Vaughan”

“Without this card i would be suffering more with incontance, i havent come across a shop so far that doesn’t let me use it, although i garage said no as the loos were closed because of covid 19 but the staff had there own loo and would not let me use it. Thank you for your help.”
