“I was in a world where bladder control was a factor previously never even contemplated but then, due to a Prostate Cancer diagnosis, it became a big consideration. These people were excellent , so sympathetic but I never felt like I was unusual or it was a big deal. Just down to earth, practical, advice, listening and understanding I wasn't on my own and I wasn't the first to be faced with the aftermath of the Prostectomy. Thank you”

“I suffer from Parkinson’s Disease and this causes me to bladder urgency. Knowing that I have the the “Just Can’t Wait” card in the wallet of my phone gives me the confidence to approach establishments and ask to use there facilities. Great idea and a fantastic service. Thank you”
