“Thank you so much for offering this. I was mostly okay to wait in the queue. When I felt desperate I still didn’t feel like I could ask as everyone in front looked so angry as the person in front was in the loo for a looooong time. If you could possibly ask the marathon organisers to make sure there’s toilet paper and sanitary waste bags. It’s pretty bad to have to carry loo roll. People get bad tummies and their periods so it definitely should be a strong consideration.”

“I didn’t know you can use this pass. I have used the t in one store and that was TK Max, however I tried to use it in boots and the staff member wasn’t aware this. She then asked the store manager who allowed me to use there staff toilets..it’s a great pass especially when you have bladder issues and can’t get to a public toilet”
