“I feel more reassured now when I go out for the day, I have my card to show. So hopefully avoid further anxiety being caused. As yet I haven’t needed to use it, but there has been prior occasions where I really would have needed it. I’m honestly hoping that shops etc will accept it - that’s my main concern. Thank you for sending it to me.”

“I can honestly not thank you enough for sending out our just can't wait cards,already we have used them twice with no problems, both my mum and i have problems but this makes it a little bit less embarrassing if u have to ask to go in a place where there are no visible toilets. So far so good with using them as I was worried that perhaps the stores etc would still say no...maybe there will b a problem in the future but I hope not. The cards themselves are debit/credit card sized so very easy to keep in your purse/wallet etc...i found the site by accident when I was buying a hidden disability face mask exempt card,so I dont feel that many people know this company exists so I've been telling people as I go along. They also don't charge for the cards which I also think is wrong,your doing a great thing as a company by issuing the cards and i for one would be more than willing to pay or make a donation of a couple of pounds as I'm sure many others would as well...so yes this is a very easy 5 stars from me,well done to everyone involved in the bladder and bowel community”
