“You seem to have no facility to cover when someone loses their Just Can’t Wait card. If you lose your card you have to submit a new order which then gets rejected because your email address has already been used, so you then have to create a new email address in order to get a new card. Mine still hasn’t come”

“it's an easy process and the card arrived fast and discreetly. my only gripe is that nowhere cares so even when you show the card, you still have to wait - just more humiliated.”
