“I have received card thank you. I went in somewhere and they wudnt let me us toilet until got a cuppa so I walked out. With card now hopefully won't have a problem anymore.”

“I was pleased to receive my card because I always need the toilet when I'm out. What I would like to know though is have pubs ect places had to agree to this? or do you just assume everyone will be ok when you produce your card?”
