“I used my blue card for the first time this weekend in a shop I frequent. I was happy to note that they knew about the card (I was expecting to explain the significance of the card) and allowed me to use their toilets. They told me they only allow people with blue cards to use the shop toilets. This was really helpful to me as I was in desperate need and they were very understanding. I cannot thank you enough for the card.”

“Brilliant been at meeting & had to show it as they said a presentation was nearly finished! Told a lady I heard her calling me rude on the hearing loop as I am hard of hearing & wear digital hearing aids! She was very embarrassed! Thank you x”
