“I am. Working atm so just trying to not drink too much but the cars means when the time comes and I'm desperate I can go somewhere without doing the track and trace atm. My bladder issues are hernia related.”

“The exercise regime I received prior to having a reversal and practiced immediately, meant I had very little problem with toilet problems. Since receiving the card I have had to use it once. An initial refusal was quickly changed to help on production of the card. Thank you.”
