“Thank you for the card. Self-isolating during this pandemic, I'm going nowhere that I could use the card for the time being. For now, having the card is a pointer to better times ahead, though I hope there won't be too many emergencies that will require its use!”

“Your information is amazing but sadly I’ve heard of places refusing to accept the can’t wait card to allow toilet use and one poor lady had an accident 😢😢 so now I’m not confident to go out 😢 Please don’t be offended by this as it is not a criticism of what you do just a reflection of the lack of help/understanding out there 😢”
