“I appreciate what you do, thank you. But I have my doubts about the card. It seems anyone can have one just by making up symptoms and I could lend my card to anyone (I wouldn't). It needs to be personalised and some medical evidence to back it up. That would involve more costs so I think it would be reasonable to charge people for the cards.”

“Thank you so much for the card. I have had to use it twice now and there was no problems or embarrassment. My friend also has problems albeit not exactly the same ..she has respiratory problems and can't get to a loo quickly enough. Would she be able to order one? Thank you so much. Keep safe/take care.”
