“I will keep because it's too much trouble to return. The vendor presents itself as it's a UK outfit. It's not. The package came from China and it had quality issues like many things that come from China. One of the thumbs was blocked -- the cashmere lining was bunched up and took me a while to get thumb through. The sewn tag says "made in Italy". I doubt it. Whay should a product made in Italy be shipped from China via DHL? The smell of the gloves was unpleasant, typical smell of cheap stuff coming from China. I put a couple of bounce sheets in them to try and mask the smell. I have until winter to try and have the unpleasant smell go away. At least the touch screen feature works, and the stitching is decent.”
“I purchased a pair of black gloves for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately theyu turned out to be a size too small but. more importantly, they also turned out to be faulty. Part of the press stud was missing. So I wanted to return them. This is where the problems started. The returns system with the Post Office simply didn't work (for some reason it wouldn't upload our address) and then no-one from Blacks would reply to the email I sent asking what to do next. All in all one big disappointment and a company I would not recommend to anyone.”
