The matter was dealt with quickly, but I had wanted the items as gifts for different people.
This meant further delays in being able to forward the gifts on to the recipients.

“I had been looking at the Black products and reviews for a while before I bought them. I am slightly underwhelmed overall for a few reasons.
The items were all preorder for the same delivery date. However they turned up over a 4 week period, separately and without information about the dates having changed, and no information about when I would receive the items. I did phone to speak to someone when the first item arrived without the other 2 items and no explanation. I had to leave a message and got a call back the next day. They apologised for the confusion but couldn’t resolve the confusion or give me accurate dates for the other 2 items.
The back and white zebra scarf is unfortunately not white - it’s a beige, not even cream colour. I bought it because it said it was white and the photos against a white dress looked very white. I emailed Black’s about this colour difference, asking if this was change with the new stock and if there were likely to be any white ones, as that’s what I ordered and wanted. I didn’t get a reply.
The quality is slightly disappointing. They have all frayed at the ends where the fringe is, and this causing a pull in the threads which shows in the pattern. I wouldn’t expect this issue with a scarf at this price point, and it’s happened with all 3 scarves that I purchased.
Would I purchase more scarves from Blacks? I’m not sure - I love the feel of them and how lightweight they are but I haven’t been impressed with the customer service or overall quality.”
