“I will keep because it's too much trouble to return. The vendor presents itself as it's a UK outfit. It's not. The package came from China and it had quality issues like many things that come from China. One of the thumbs was blocked -- the cashmere lining was bunched up and took me a while to get thumb through. The sewn tag says "made in Italy". I doubt it. Whay should a product made in Italy be shipped from China via DHL? The smell of the gloves was unpleasant, typical smell of cheap stuff coming from China. I put a couple of bounce sheets in them to try and mask the smell. I have until winter to try and have the unpleasant smell go away. At least the touch screen feature works, and the stitching is decent.”
“Sadly the picture of the blue scarf was completely different to real life. The blue was much darker - almost black. In fact I re ordered it as I thought the black one had arrived by mistake. In the picture it looked lovely and almost royal blue. It was very misleading and disappointing as was my main Christmas present. 😩”
