“Ordered a silk scarf for my wife’s birthday. Reasonable price but It arrived and sadly the quality wasn’t great. White scarf, dark stitching lines in numerous places. Very thin fabric, too. Returned it selecting “replacement” on the returns form but was just refunded with no other correspondence.”
“When I ordered the scarf, the picture on your website, as well as on my order sheet, has a background color that is deep purple. I ordered this scarf for that background color. The background color of the scarf that I received is a deepp blue, almost black. it s a nice scarf but not the background color that I thought I was ordering.

“Scarf fabric design is beautiful, but the unfinished bare edges are already fraying with loose threads hanging down. There should be a line of stitching in such an expensive item to prevent this.”
