“I have ordered three Black's scarves recently and I am highly delighted with all of them. The first one I ordered was the Graphic Trilogy. I couldn't choose between that and the Graphic trilogy with red stripe. I later decided to order the red stripe one and also the black leopard scarf. They are all classic and timeless The scarves themselves are so soft and warm and a really good length for tying in many different ways. So many scarfs are too short and don't drape well.
The service is outstanding from this company. I ordered two scarves just before Christmas and they arrived the following day. I have nothing but praise for this company, they certainly go above and beyond with the quality of their accessories and also in terms of their service.”
“Quality and presentation
I ordered a pair of fuchsia, cashmere-lined leather gloves as a gift. They were exactly as shown on the website, and the recipient was absolutely delighted with them. As a bonus, they were beautifully wrapped in tissue, and presented in a very attractive bag.
Helpfulness and efficiency
As soon as I'd completed the purchase, I realised that I'd ordered the wrong size. I emailed immediately, but it was a Saturday night, and I was worried that an automated process might mean the order would be filled anyway, so I the next day I phoned and left a voicemail. I didn't really expect a return call until Monday at the earliest, but to my surprise (and relief!) I got a call back 25 minutes later. The lady who rang not only sorted it all out very kindly and efficiently but was also extremely helpful about delivery options.
If there were a 10 star option, I would give it!”

“I am absolutely delighted with my scarves. I have been looking to replace a silk, cashmere scarf that I've had for about 15 years for ages and finally I've found yours. Its the weight of material that I've been after, very light and yet it feels strong enough to withstand actually being worn on a day to day basis. Absolutely chuffed to bits.
