“I purchased a pair of black gloves for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately theyu turned out to be a size too small but. more importantly, they also turned out to be faulty. Part of the press stud was missing. So I wanted to return them. This is where the problems started. The returns system with the Post Office simply didn't work (for some reason it wouldn't upload our address) and then no-one from Blacks would reply to the email I sent asking what to do next. All in all one big disappointment and a company I would not recommend to anyone.”
