Direct 4 Pet is the new easy name from Black Cat Medicines Limited.
Established in 1985 within a Lancashire Veterinary Surgery, we are now a busy Internet Pet Pharmacy and Pet Store shipping over 40,000 orders a month to our fantastic loyal customers. We are committed to delivering quality products at competitive prices and our Veterinary Surgery has been providing the highest standards of care for over 30 years. Our philosophy is to deliver excellence through a compassionate, approachable, and professional service to all our customers.

Our team of friendly team is made of up of veterinary surgeons, SQP's and an amazing back office team of Product Managers, Customer Services and our super efficient warehouse team. They are all happy to chat and are only a call away. All our vets are fully qualified and registered with the Royal Veterinary College; in addition, all our vets have practiced for many years.

The team at Black Cat Medicines has been together for a number of years and have an excellent working relationship together. Our team represents a valuable combination of experience and enthusiasm with the younger members of the team providing a constant source of innovation.

“Placing the order was easy ... however, Evri have let you, me and my horse down , as despite paying for express delivery, I still do not have my purchase a week later as they have not delivered.”

“Always easy to place and pay for an order on any website, As it’s sales, and that sales are is money getting. Delivery is a different thing altogether. Placed an order on Wednesday last week and still waiting. In this day and age. Anything over 48 hrs delivery in the same country is unacceptable.”

“The delivery was longer than the company said it would be, but they did keep me up to date on revised delivery, however, the shampoo I ordered was different to the one that arrived. The company was quick to make a refund and didn't require the incorrect item to be returned.”

“I have ordered a dental cream from direct 4pet but haven't yet received it. So let's hope for the best. However when I ordered it the site promised a 5per cent discount on new orders but when it came to check out this offer had disappeared so I had to pay the full ammount, pretty disappointed as a new customer.”
