“Disappointing to be charged for artwork when they are just preparing a 4 word banner from a word doc”

Hi Gareth, I can see that you were charged our standard artwork fee of £10+VAT, this applies to all orders where customers cannot provide print ready artwork, for example Word documents. “Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Big Art and Banners and a lady named Laura who dealt with my enquiry via email! She was very prompt in her replies and in making a preview of the custom size poster I wanted, which looks fantastic (the poorly lit photo I have doesn't do it justice at all!).
