colour was not correct, I have a picture of the picture of the stand that is pink rather htan coral with burgendy writting. I had supplied the pdf of the image, but noted that I had included the branding guidelines with the colours for the artwork to be checked upon receipt. the quailty of the roller is as always good.

Hi Esther Thank you for your review and bringing this to our attention. The artwork provided is not the same CMYK value as on your brand guideline. The file is C4 M74 Y36 K1 and your brand guideline is C2 M71 Y33 K0 for the coral. The burgandy on the file is C65 M100 Y36 K53 and on the brand guidelines it is C66 M100 Y36 K53 so this is only slightly off on cyan. As you have provided brand guidelines we should have raised this with you so we can of course have the graphics replaced and shipped out to you. If you can send me the best delivery address to send them to I will arrange this on a priority basies. Please email Laura at info@bigartandbanners.com the address and I will arrange this for you!

Ordered 12 different poster designs. Cutting on posters was poor with some edges not straight. Price was cheap however.

Hi Chris, Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I have contacted Fedex and I can see there was some delays with the courier and a delivery attempt on the 8th but the customer was not available or business was closed. Can you let me know if the delivery address has opening times or your availability and I can advise Fedex and have them reattempt the delivery as soon as possible. Arrived bent so doesn’t fit flush to the wall. The image is clear and nice of the logo but the black background has lines running down it where the printer was obviously running out of ink or needed a printer head clean cycle. Doesn’t look very professional so won’t be going up. Waste of money.

Disappointed that most of the metal eyelets fell off before using it. The overall banners were acceptable and look good but the metal eyelets or lack of them lets it down!

Print was very good and as expected, however delivery was two weeks overdue. Ordered on 16/12/22 for delivery on 21/12/22, our artwork was eventually delivered on 04/01/23.

Hi John, I'm sorry to hear that your order arrived late. We dispatched this on 20/12/22 on a next day service, however I can see that there were delays in the courier system which are unfortunately beyond our control. The order was placed on the 20th of October with estimated delivery on the 26th. On the 28th the order had still not been delivered. I called to chase and was told it was in the warehouse and due to be picked up by the courier on the 28th for delivery on the 29th. I explained the order was needed for the weekend by my client but was told that delivery could not be guaranteed. I was told I should have paid for priority delivery.

After having the sign resent for being incorrect, this new sign was also not what I asked for as two A3 signs were attached as one big one, rather than cut to size as I ordered

Mixed review, in the one hand the order process was very good, however, the courier selected has still not delivered the banner to our client so I can't speak to the quality.

Quite disappointed with the whole process this time. In the past BA&B has been very accommodating in cropping images to fit bespoke sizes, but this time required that everything was cropped in advance — quite a straight forward task for BA&B, but not for someone with no editing software. Also the final prints are not the same quality as we’ve received in the past. The colours are far too vibrant with red tones to them. As well, in all of the emails back and forth, there was a mix up with sizes and we’ve received three prints in the wrong size. I’m afraid we’ve been left disappointed by the whole experience.

The printing was not centralised, the background too dark the proof you sent was really good but the final product was disappointing

Hi James, I have looked into this and can see that the artwork you provided to print had a dark background with off-centered text.
