“Very easy to use process, with the option for checks along the way. Our signage arrived and looks amazing! If you're looking for custom-size signage - this is the place to go! Much better than other well-known options we looked at, who are limited to normal paper sizes. We will definitely use Big Art & Banners again for signage in the future.”

“Arrived bent so doesn’t fit flush to the wall. The image is clear and nice of the logo but the black background has lines running down it where the printer was obviously running out of ink or needed a printer head clean cycle. Doesn’t look very professional so won’t be going up. Waste of money.”

“An excellent example of HOW NOT to do Customer Service I Placed an order on 28/12/22, They confirmed a PART Refund was due of £10+vat on 04/01/23 After hearing nothing, I contacted them again on 12/02/23 The response was: Hi, I have chased this with our accounts department and will send over your credit memo once this has been processed. Kind regards, Today is 24/02/23 - and I've heard NOTHING. I get the feeling they are only really interested in bigger companies. FIRST AND LAST Order with these guys - Avoid if you can.”

“Excellent banners, unfortunately a mistake was made in the spelling of Cheltenham Lions Club, came up as Cheltenham Lions Culb. I did not spot this in the proof reading so my fault. It's not that noticeble. All banners are up so expect to see increase sales soon. Thanks for your help and speed of delivery Regads David Green”
