“The order was placed on the 20th of October with estimated delivery on the 26th. On the 28th the order had still not been delivered. I called to chase and was told it was in the warehouse and due to be picked up by the courier on the 28th for delivery on the 29th. I explained the order was needed for the weekend by my client but was told that delivery could not be guaranteed. I was told I should have paid for priority delivery.”

“Working with the designers and production team at Big, art and banners has been really easy and straightforward. I ordered a long vinyl banner and paid the extra £10 for a bit of help with the design work. A design was agreed on and then for a small extra cost a smaller adhesive banner was produced, so the date can be altered and the banner reused. The banner is now in situ and looks fantastic. The eyelets are really strong and have been fixed to wood using decking screws and washers.”
