“Would give 5 stars, but didn't receive their query email regards my uploaded artwork, and they didn't follow up the lack of response with a phone call. This led to a delay for my customer that could have been avoided. However, when I called myself the problem was quickly resolved and I had my print next day. Thanks Donna and team for brilliant service fixing the issue.”

“After a few drafts we agreed design and it came very quickly. Our fault but a word is spelt incorrectly. We hadn't noticed it when we sent the image. I will have to try and correct it as best as i can.”

“We ordered a swingsign for our newly opened Sales office and Showhome,for one of our New Homes Sites. The goods arrived well packaged and in good order. The signage and printing was of good quality and would use BigArt and Banners again”

We only send proofs if there is an issue with the artwork or if one was requested, I can see as your resupplied artwork was ok it went straight into print. Hi Robert Thank you for the review! I can see you order was on a Priority turnaround so I looked into you not recieving your order next day. Your order was placed Sunday evening so it was processed first thing on Monday as we are closed on the weekend. We designed and had your artwork approved by lunch on Monday and dispatched by 4pm so I can see you did recieved the Priority turnaround purchased. I am very sorry if there was a delay with the courier service as this is out of our hands. We would be more than happy to look at upgrading your next order to a priority for the issues caused with the courier. I hope this is ok for you! Many thanks Laura
