“Large foamex logo banner did not arrive next day pre-12 as promised despite paying for both next day AND pre-12 pricing and it being the only reason it was ordered. It actually arrived 2 days later! I was told it was human error when placing courier order and offered a goodwill gesture of a full refund but not even an apology or acknowledgement the impact it had on our video shoot which left a sour taste.”

“I'm very impressed with the service and quality of the printing. The website was a bit clunky for uploading multiple images so I just emailed the images. The response was very swift and efficient as was the dispatch. I'm very impressed and will be putting more business their way.”
