“The package was entrusted to Fedex for delivery and they say the package was received by I Metcalf. This was impossible as I was in The Gambia and just returned last night. I have checked with neighbours and they have not receive a pakage on my behalf”

Hi Irvin Thank you for letting us the know the issue you had with your delivery. We spoke earlier this morning about the Fedex driver leaving the item by your door and it being taken by your postman for delivery again the next day as you were not home. I am glad to hear it arrived safely in the end and have as promised raised the issue with Fedex for leaving it by your door! If you have any further issues please do let me know! “The process of using Big Art Banners is so easy and simple. This is my second purchase with them. I havent seen the posters yet as they are delivered to a UK address and I am not there yet but if the last time is anything to go by they will great”

“The editing team did an excellent job, and the foamex board turned out perfect. My coworkers were really satisfied with it! The printing and material quality are impressive, making the design look much more realistic. You can clearly see the difference in the photo I uploaded - the left one is our recent order from Big Art and Banners, while the right one is our old board. Also, a big shoutout to the customer support team for their quick and helpful responses. Overall, a perfect experience, and I would highly recommend this business to everyone!”
