“I think that you should look at your competitors like bet365 and look at their website. I think its more user friendly and i find betfair a bit hars to use.”

“customer service is very good, but i backed 3 winners a month ago (first time in 12 month!)and you stopped my bog and limited my stake to half of what i want on(£5-£10) woul not recomend sportsbook to anyone”

“It started as " Bet fair " years ago, but next all the charges were increasing (changed brackets for commisions ) , introduced Premium charged and so on , and it is not competitive to standard bookmakers anymore”

“Let me tell you people straight away I rated 2stars straight away I was taken to a 2 star screen ...let me tell you it doesn't matter if you gamble with £5 to what I gambled in 12 hrs here ,it was £2,350 ...the biggest win I got was £200 ,these people will rip you blind ,they dont care dont do it they cheat”

“I had a big issue regarding one back bet I placed, there was plenty of liquidity in the market however I was unable to cash out due to the poor functionality of the site, when I contacted the support team they just tried to pull some BS on me. Which I can disprove with basic statistics. When I put that forward I was dismissed without any regard. This left me 3k out of pocket.”

“The website is so buggy. I can't see my current or past bets because 'something went wrong'. The PIN login on the smartphone app is equally buggy and basically doesn't work. The user interface is cheap and poorly designed and is not intuitive; I still don't know how to place an accumulator. Only good experience was that your helpdesk staff were very efficient.”

“Well i've had two experiences with Betfair tonight. the first, Shaun, was very helpful but I timed out of my conversation with him. I then reapplied and I got Matteo who was very unhelpful and took ages to respond. From the moment I saw the typing it took him five minutes to respond and all that i received was a two liner. I then got back Shaun and he helped me to resolve my issue.”
