“I had a problem with not receiving a free bet, I wasn't actually sure if the bet was on a promotion race or not. The person that I spoke to looked into this for me, found that it was a promotion race and that for whatever reason my free bet had not been credited. This was all done very quickly. Great customer care from Betfair :-)”
