“I would rate as PERFECT one month ago but you have changed the exchange desktop. It is really bad, not suitable for usage, doesnt help anyone. Its an absolute disaster. You had the best and now you change it with that. I am sure that I am not the only one says that. Everyone is disappointed. I am so disappointed that I am thinking to move to your competitors. I am telling you that they will catch you up, because of this.”

“I received and e-mail to say I was a winner of the Winter cash race and that money was now in my acc. I logged in and there was nothing that so I went on Live Chat and it turned out that the email was sent in error and as a gesture of good will I received a few €5 bet.”
