“I had a minor issue which was my fault. Your customer services people made it very easy to resolve the issue, were clear in their instructions and advice and didn't over over promise anything. The whole matter was resolved in about 30 minutes most of which was spent by me trying to find my details.”

“Prompt service situation was clarified to make matters clear, would like next time when betting on man of the match on football matches that are not covered by skysports the rules are clear on what source you are using for man of the match as I was under the impression that when bt or bbc or itv cover football matches and no man of the match is given, skysports report and man of the match is the adjudicator on this matter, this might explain why not every bookmaker will price up man of the match on matches not televised by sky, but thanks for your help anyway.”
