“I like the clear layout of the site,easy to use for a newcommer. Also the colour yellow is a feature of the design of the pages and yellow is my favourite colour. The 2 stage verification looks reassuring(i must start using this). Also very convenient is the box to type in search for teams and events.”

“I like the layout and simplicity when I trade on the exchange. However when I load all the football it does lag and placing lay bets can take some time to load. I've tried it on different computers and the same happens. Last week I had half a dozen trades on and the feed was lost to a couple of games. I wasn't able to cash out and was left in a vunerable position. I was fortunate this time as the games went for me. I'm just learning at the moment and this sort of thing has dented my confidence especially with the slow loadings times. I presume going forward I will need to invest in some software to make the most of Betfair which is a shame really.”
