“This company has been amazing - we ordered the wrong colour of flooring - the correct colour was then immediately sent out and at no extra cost they organised their courier to return to our home and collect the unwanted flooring - that is what I call five star service - thank you everyone at best4flooring especially Emma who sorted all this for us.”

“A very easy On Line Site to use, and an excellent Delivery Service, was contact 30mins, to let me know. The Customer Service is also very Good, contacted Best4flooring by email, and received an immediate reply. I would use this site again.”

We try our best to source the best couriers that we can to deliver to our customers. Due to the nature of the goods that we sell TNT are the best courier that we can use. “We decided to buy from this company because of the excellent range of products and prices. After choosing our vinyl we sent off for a sample, this arrived in good time and at no time where we pressured by the company pursuing a sale. We eventually ordered 18 sq meters of Aspin vinyl. This again was delivered promptly with excellent advice of delivery. Flooring has yet to be laid but I am I confident it will be a worthwhile expenditure at a good price. So top marks to the company on its customer service and non pressure sales technique and customer communications.”

After speaking with TNT, they have confirmed that the spray adhesive was damaged in transit but nobody has notified ourselves of the issue so i can only apologise for the inconvenience.
