“Excellent couldn't be happy with the product”

“I cannot fault Best4flooring at all. Ordered some Moduleo flooring and adhesive, the flooring turned up exactly when they said it would and really well packaged. The adhesive though did not turn up and had gotten lost in the courier process somewhere. As soon as I relayed this to them, they were straight on it and organised another one which at my door in Scotland within 48 hours. These things happen and this lot did not mess about and just owned it and got it sorted. I had to get in touch with them a couple of times throughout the process and each time I had an email response within 20 minutes. Great service and would highly recommend.”

“Ordered some Atlas Cushion Vinyl (Aspen 835j at the beginning of the year which arrived promptly and have only now managed to get it laid in our hallway. It looks and feels great - we’re more than pleased!”

“Placed order and was given a delivery date. This was missed and phone numbers on website did not work. Got a response via the online form that the goods had been collected and would be with me the following working day. This was again missed and again the phone numbers on the website failed to work. Then received an email saying the goods had been damaged and my order was cancelled! V.poor customer service.”

I am sorry that your goods were damaged in transit, we didn't want the goods to be delivered to you in that condition.
