“Received the samples very quickly, went to order On the same date received but 2 of the 3 samples sent but were out of stock Why send Samples when they can’t be ordered!”

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, demand for flooring has been extremely high and our manufacturers are currently working on skeleton staff so supplies have been very limited of late. “This service was incredible. My order was delivered In less than 24h. The tiles I needed were not easy to find and massively overpriced with other retailers. Eventually I was able to purchase them for a fair price with free delivery.”

I have chased this with TNT and they have confirmed that the goods have been lost in transit and I can only apologise that they have not notified ourselves of this issue.
