“Online order arrived on time, however, on opening the roll of vinyl on the day we had booked a fitter for, we discovered transit damage. As this was just before lockdown we did not have time to re-order and rearrange a new fitting date. Our fitter managed to lay the flooring but he had to do so placing a join instead of in a whole piece. I contacted the company's customer services and we were issued with a small refund.”

“I had questions, so ordered over the phone. All queries were answered by Phil, my order was taken by him & payment made, all very quickly & efficiently. Packages arrived well protected & in good condition & in good time. Floor is now laid & looking good, so safe to say that I am very pleased with both the quality & price & would certainly by again.”
