Hi John, I can only apologise that you have not received your order but thank you for bringing this to my attention. TNT collected the item from ourselves on July 22nd and after speaking with them this morning, unfortunately the item has lost in their network so I'm sincerely sorry that nobody from TNT has notified you or ourselves about the missing item.
