Hi Laura, Thanks for the feedback. We wanted to pick up on the reason for 'not 5 stars'. We sell quite a large range of sheet vinyl and the quality varies. However the spec can be viewed on the product pages and you did select samples from the budget ranges. If you are basing quality on thickness, your samples are some of the thinnest we sell at 2.6mm and 2.8mm. There are thicker vinyls such as Atlas (3.8mm), Tangier (3mm thick) and our new collection called Georgian is 3mm thick with 3 of the designs being felt backed (meaning you can install over existing floors which you cannot do with the usual foam backed products). Please check the product spec and make use of our 'compare' tool - this can help you determine quality. You can also speak to our sales team who would be happy to advise. Kind regards, Best4flooring

“great communication and loved the sample. I will be ordering to do my hall way. Only issue would be that in will he charged £30 on top for delivery. An option to collect would be good.”

Hi Kassandra, There isn't a £30 delivery charge, the product you received a sample for is listed as FREE next day delivery. Collection is not standard but it is possible. You would just need to contact your sales team to arrange. Kind regards, Best4flooring
