“Lovely flooring quick delivery and easy to lay ,but would have liked help with getting it into house im a 81 year old lady and delivery driver left it outside front gate and wouldnt move it !”

Unfortunately, our third-party couriers are unable to move items into the property due to insurance restrictions. “I ordered some flooring at an excellent price from this company and unfortunately the delivery company, DX, really dropped the ball. The timing of the delivery was critical. I had given myself a buffer, arranging it a week before I needed it. Michelle, a very helpful lady in customer services, got a replacement order sent out with a different courier. It’s when something goes wrong that you can tell how good a company is. I cannot fault them.”
