“I sent for samples which is a really good service and I was able to check the actual colour and quality. I’m so glad that this service was available because although the quality was very good the colours differed from the online pictures which has saved me a costly mistake. I’ve now been able to choose the right one for me which a will be ordering shortly”

“Great Customer Service!! I ordered a vinyl for my bathroom and needed it by a certain date. It turned out that the specific one I wanted was out of stock, and the team were incredibly helpful in letting me know my options for exchanging to a new colour and got it out to me literally as soon as they could. Would definitely reccomend!”

“Item came very well packaged. Very happy with the flooring. Just what I wanted for the small shower room. Have yet to lay it, although I have cut roughly to shape prior to doing so. Very easy to cut. Don't anticipate any problem with finishing the job.”

“Flooring is gorgeous - unfortunately and as with most mainland companies now they don’t ship to Northern Ireland so I had to arrange a courier However, they were more than accommodating in having my order ready for collection”

“From start to finish very easy to deal with. Flooring was accurately described, very well priced and delivery was exactly when they said it would be. The flooring is very good value for money and very easy to install and looks like something priced much higher.”

“Great product and service. Vinyl arrived within a few days and without issue, exactly as described and good quality. Helpful customer service when I (wrongly) thought the vinyl tape had been forgotten. Best price on the web :-) Very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”
