“We were very happy with the vinyl flooring and price. The company should choose a different delivery firm instead of UPS, who are terrible. Our order sat in Tamworth depot for days on end. We ordered on the 29th March and it arrived on the 7th April.”

However, we do ask customers to allow up to one week for delivery, particularly during busy periods such as bank holidays. “This is the first time I have ordered flooring from Best 4 Flooring and I am amazed at the service I received. The website is excellent and when I phoned with a query I got the answers I needed to be sure I was choosing the correct colouring. The vinyl flooring is exactly what I need to be laid on a suspended floor with heating pipes underneath. The order had to come to Scotland and was delivered within a few days. I am happy to recommend this company and it will be the first website I investigate whenever I need flooring in future.”

Good Morning Claire I am sorry to hear that you have not received your samples. They were sent via Royal Mail, and normally delivery only takes a couple of days. However, delays can occasionally occur. Unfortunately, the tracking details provided by Royal Mail only update to show that the samples have been delivered. Since they are not showing as delivered in your case, it is possible they have been lost in the postal system. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. “Flooring I bought. Damage isn’t easy to photo on patterned side, however the indentations are clear on the underside through the pattern plus the gouge and full tear on the packaging matches. This damage happened in transit because the roll isn’t protected enough. I’d have rolled it pattern inside and a layer of cardboard or end of line vinyl. The flooring itself is fab but the stress and disappoint and rubbish communication has put me off. As a landlord I would have bought far more but no not after the DX experience.”

“The lino I purchased was superb quality for the price I paid. The only problem was it didn’t arrive at the depot in time for it to be dispatched on time to me, meaning my delivery date from DX was put back into the following week. I was on a tight time schedule so to miss the delivery date was catastrophic. However, after contacting DX I was able to pick the Lino up from the DX depot myself. If it hadn’t been for that hiccup, I would be giving a 5 star review.”
