“I've now bought two LVT floors from Best4Flooring for my bathroom and kitchen, both in the Moduleo Terrazzo effect, and I'm really pleased with them. The floors look and feel fantastic, and the quality is excellent for the price. The website was easy to use, prices were very competitive, and delivery was quick. I was kept informed throughout the delivery process, and everything arrived well packaged. My builder also commented that the flooring was easy to fit, which was a bonus. Overall, a great experience from start to finish, and I'd happily recommend Best4Flooring.”

“Ordered a sample of lino flooring.Was sent packaged very nicely & was very surprised the sample was A4 size!! Much better than the tiny samples other companies have sent as you can't get a true vision of what the flooring will look like with such smaller samples. I have not decided on the flooring but will definately order samples from this company again & hopefully find my exact colour/pattern i am searching for. Thank you.”

“As a customer of an excellent building company I had to order a quantity of kandean flooring for my new extension. This building consists of a garden room and a bathroom designed to provide me with facilities useful if I become more disabled. I am 92 and unfamiliar with building matters so, not knowing that there are different kinds of Karndean I ordered the wrong kind i,e, clip together rather than adhesive. There was just under a month's delay, mainly because of the hot weather,, before my builder opened a box and discovered the mistake. Best4Flooring are unwilling to refund me so, instead of exchanging them, I have to go ahead with using tiles which my builder says are unsuitable. A pity.”

As discussed with our Sales Office, our Terms & Conditions state that requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, your request was received outside of this returns period. In addition, the flooring purchased is a made-to-order product supplied specifically for your order, which also means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after the 14 day period When you initially contacted us, it was explained that your fitter preferred the Glue down version because they felt it was more suitable for the bathroom. However, we advised that the click Karndean flooring you purchased is suitable for installation in bathrooms when installed correctly, and that this is a matter of your fitter's preference rather than the product being unsuitable for the intended use. We do appreciate that this situation has been frustrating, and we're sorry we were unable to offer the resolution you were hoping for. We always aim to be as clear as possible about our returns policy and product suitability before and after purchase, and we wish you all the best with the completion of your extension. “Many thanks for the vinyl sample that was sent out it vas very quick delivery, unfortunately you advertised it as 2.5 mm thickness but it was only 1.9, It wasn’t as described”

Hi Keith Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify, the sample you received is the Tangier 07 flooring. This is a 2mm thick product, as stated on our website. There are other products in the Tangier range that are thicker, such as the Tangier 03; however, this item is advertised as 2mm. As per the order confirmation, the delivery date selected at checkout is 30th June, which is tomorrow’s date. “I am extremely disappointed with the sample that was sent to me. When I ordered a sample, I expected something that would actually help me make an informed decision about the flooring. Instead, what arrived was barely larger than an A4 sheet of paper. It is so small that you cannot even see the full pattern, variation, or overall appearance of the floor. How is anyone supposed to decide whether they like a flooring product based on such a tiny sample? The whole purpose of ordering a sample is to get a realistic impression of what the floor will look like when installed. This sample completely fails to achieve that. What makes it even more frustrating is that the image showing the flooring on the website displays a larger section of the pattern than the physical sample I received. I can get a better idea of the product from my computer screen than from the sample that was posted to me, which defeats the entire point of ordering one. For a product that represents a significant investment, sending out samples this small feels inadequate and unhelpful. It leaves customers unable to properly assess the flooring before making a purchase decision. Very poor and extremely disappointing.”

Our sheet vinyl samples are supplied at approximately A4 size, and we often receive positive feedback regarding their size and usefulness. In fact, they are larger than the sample sizes offered by many flooring retailers and manufacturers within the industry. The purpose of these samples is to allow customers to assess the colour, texture, and print quality of the flooring before making a purchase. As sheet vinyl designs often feature large repeating patterns and natural variations, samples are cut from different areas of the roll. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee which section of the pattern will be included on any individual sample. As a result, some elements of the design shown in the product images may not appear on the sample received. If there is a particular area or feature of the pattern that you would like to see and it is not represented on your sample, please contact our customer service team.
