“The samples I sent for arrived very promptly which was much appreciated. The service was magnificent unfortunately my wife did not think any of the patterns were suitable for our on suite. Thank you”

“Flooring arrived OK and in good condition. Pleased with general quality for the price. Order was missing the glue that was paid for, but we have laid the lino regardless. Seems OK without glue after all...”

“Very good customer service especially from Emma. We did have an issue with our initial order where one item was missed off the delivery. However it was rectified within 24 hours which was great. They were also very quick at sending samples and it was a very easy process.”
