“I am very pleased with the quality of my vinyl I purchased. However I had to take a day off work and waited in all day for my flooring to arrive, sadly it never arrived and I lost a day's pay for nothing.”

“Customer service is useless. I have been waiting for three weeks for a refund for a wrong order. I keep getting asked EVERY DAY for a tracking number and delivery which I have sent the tracking number being totally irrelevant as it was delivered back to them on 25 August. Time wasted and so frustrated just please get a grip and sort my refund!”

“This is the second time I have ordered from best4flooring, and really couldn’t fault it. The quality is brilliant and the customers service fabulous. Would definitely use them again. The floor I ordered was meant to be temporary, but it actually looks so nice we’re just going to keep it.”

“Love this flooring...just the look I wanted. Only given four stars though because it is not as easy to clean as I expected.....the dust etc. seems to collect in the texture of the flooring making it a little difficult to get really clean, having to use a bleach product as well as floor cleaner in badly marked places. But overall good value for money.”
