“Great service from Best4flooring from initial viewing to delivery. Item was out of stock however signed up to be notified when back in stock and within a week it was delivered. Though there was a slight issue with the payment/processing platform, a quick phone call was all that it took to place and pay for the flooring that I wanted. Delivery was delayed by a day but this was due to the carrier having issues. Overall very satisfied with my experience from Best4flooring. Will recommend.”

“The delivery is severely below my expectations. Waiting in all day from 8am to 7pm without notification. When the item failed to arrive I tried to contact the delivery company for information only to find they closed at 6pm. Then to expect me to stay in a further day waiting for delivery is not acceptable. I recognise the title of this feedback revolves around the website and staff but would like you to recognise the delivery problems”

“The quality of the oak flooring was superb and very easy to fit. Delivery was on time and the correct amount of underlay was sent, even though I had under ordered. A pleasure to do business with”

“I ordered my flooring and was hdre the day after. I cannot comment fully on it yet as it is still in packaging and waiting to be laid on the 28th. But great customer service though driver could have been bit more polite”

“Very very pleased with this product (Porto) Its exactly the colours and design i was looking for tho there are many other great choices to pick! The surface is slightly raised which is a great feature No one else sold this and also the delivery was prompt and on time cant fault at all well done best 4 flooring. cheers. Derek.”

“Really happy with product. I had been looking and requesting samples for a wood effect herringbone vinyl floor from other companies, but this was the best. I would have liked to request a sample for it, but this was not available. In the end I ordered the minimum order - 1.5m x 2m - to see what it was like. Luckily I will be ordering more and so can use the small piece that I ordered for sampling. If a sample had been available I would have given 5 out of 5 stars, instead of 4.”
