“Prompt delivery, excellent service especially Emma, 3 out of the 4 of my boxes were damaged in transit, I sent photo's of proof and straight away she efficiently dispatched 3 more and courteously told me to keep the damaged boxes. I was impressed with how this was dealt with, in such a professional manner and how they treat customers with excellence. I haven't have my floor laid yet due to waiting for other bathroom facilities to arrive but it looks good quality and I'm sure it will look and feel great once it's laid. I will definitely use this company in the future and couldn't recommend a better company than these.”

“When my samples arrived I was very disappointing with the colour they were totally different. They arrived on time and we’re very good quality but just the colour was way out”
