“Good value good service and at the right cost too .On time with dropping off and on a pallet so easy to sort out when it got here .Ordered it online and was no trouble at all.They must have good stocks to give me 82 square meters in one go. I will use again 100% no problem at all .ILL try and put some photos on when its all down ....11mtrs by 4 mtrs plus kitchen and through to dining room.”

“I contacted Best 4 flooring when I ordered vinyl flooring Luminar in Concrete Bronze. I had an issue placing the order on their website. They were extremely helpful and the order then processed quickly. Delivery was as I requested. The flooring looks amazing. The price too was very reasonable. I would Definately buy from them again.”

“Do not buy this vinyl product for a kitchen. The moment you spill anything that has any colour at all, chilli, beetroot, curry etc it stains immediately and permanently, and after a few short weeks needs to be covered by a mat. Its not fit for purpose for this room, and I would say for a bathroom, hallway or anywhere if theres any chance of contact with any product where a drop may stain it. Should not be so porous. Shame as i loved the colours, but after being down weeks its quite simply useless.”

Hi, I am sorry that you are not happy with your flooring. Unfortunately, as stated on our website, this vinyl is not stain resistant to products which are likely to leave stains. “I ordered the Cocoa Granite vinyl for my kitchen plus the Blue Granite vinyl for all other areas. The quality is absolutely superb, and delivered within a few days. This vinyl has brightened up my whole bungalow no end and it feels much warmer too. Highly recommend this seller and their products. Many thanks Best4Flooring !”

“The vinyl is lovely but it arrived with some damage. I emailed with details of the damage and it was resolved very quickly and they were most helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better service and I'll use them again and recommend them to colleague and friends too.”

I contacted Best4Flooring and was treated courteously and professionally by an after sales representative, whose clear intent was to resolve any issue. At no time did I feel Best4Flooring were not interested, on the contrary the after sales representative was forward to communicate with me to assist in a satisfactory outcome.”

“Flooring has been placed in the kitchen and is not fit for purpose. The floor can not be cleaned as is not stain resistant. Customer service was terrible to be told this is not covered in the guarantee. If the flooring is not stain resistant this should be made clear before ordering”
