“Very impressed with the customer service as my order was damaged during transit. They responded to my query very quickly, were very understanding and replaced my order straight away as well as arranging to collect the damaged order. “The vinyl is great quality, and the colours are perfect for our bathroom makeover. Delivery arrived on time and was well packaged. Have never fitted vinyl before but this was easy to work with and really pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend, thinking of getting some more to replace the kitchen laminate.”

“After receiving my vinyl sample I placed my order at 12noon for next day delivery. I assumed it would be a late delivery, if at all. Imagine my surprise when my order arrived at 9am the next morning, 21 hours after I placed order. To get from Stockport to East sussex. Absolutely amazing service. The vinyl was well packed and in excellent order. Can not recommend this company enough Tortoises love their rooms new flooring 😁”
