“Unfortunately we have not recieved our order as it appears the delivery company TNT have lost out parcel l. The order was sent in good time but am now having huge problems with the delivery this is no fault of the company”

I have spoken with my colleague Phil who has made me aware that TNT have lost the item and he has arranged for a replacement to be sent out to your address. “The tiles are beautiful, but there was quite a wait for them as they went out of stock while my order was being processed. In the meantime the best4flooring team were great at letting me know as they were updated, and didn't see to get too annoyed at my weekly check-ins.”

“Incredibly helpful chat operator. Spent a lot of time with me late in the evening trying to get what was needed. Then i discovered I was looking at the wrong size tile altogether (my fault completely) and unfortunately you didn't have the smaller version for walls. Shame because i would definitely have bought from you with such super helpful staff.”

“When my samples arrived I was very disappointing with the colour they were totally different. They arrived on time and we’re very good quality but just the colour was way out”

“Arrived on time we'll packed. I have not layed the flooring yet but looks as described and according to images. Hopefully there are no damages. All good so far.”

“It was REALLY helpful to have samples so I could decide which one I liked best in the room, you can't imagine how things will look especially in different lights. Samples arrived quickly and you can't get any better than free! THANK YOU X”

“Quality of product is great and as described / illustrated. Despatch time wasn't quick but it was despatched on the stated day. TNT were the let-down, delivering 4 days late, while service disruption is understandable in the current situation, there was zero communication from TNT regarding this, tracking was unavailable and I felt annoyed that I'd dedicated days to waiting for the delivery...”
