“The flooring was exactly what we wanted and arrived quickly. The only issue, and the reason I didn't give 5 stars, was that there was a glitch in the system and I never received a confirmation e-mail or any tracking details and had to chase them myself. I still haven't had one a week later.”

Hi Stella, Thanks for the feedback, I'm sorry we lost a star due to you not receiving your emails. There was no glitch though, internal tests all confirm that the emails were successfully sent to the address you provided so it's most likely an issue with your email (spam) settings or with your email provider. It could also be that you entered the email address wrong when you placed your order with us. Sat 27 Oct 2018, 17:52 - System Order confirmation was sent to email address provided. Mon 29 Oct, 10:18 - You emailed us to say you haven't received order confirmation email (this email used a different address to the one used when you placed your order online) Mon 29 Oct, 10:55 - System Order acceptance and despatch email with tracking reference was sent Mon 29 Oct, 13:05 - Our sales support team replied to your email to confirm order received with tracking details. “Order delayed as damaged before delivery then 3 boards received damaged. Didn't report as managed to finish floor without them. However definitely feel the should have been more protected for transport.”
