“Disappointed with sample colours and blurred marble affect. The colours were not the same as seen online, and more blue than green which is what we after. Sorry but actual material was ideal.”

“Ordered samples of vinyl flooring. Once I figured out the sample ordering, it was easy. The delivery was very quick too. Ideally, I'd like to be able to see on the website how thick the vinyl is (insulated or not) and whether textured or not, which would cut the number of samples I ask for”

“Service excellent, prompt delivery. However 2 out of 13 boxes of planks had been dropped on a corner, damaging the contents. The damage was inside the transport packing and not visible on delivery. I was able to use most of the damaged boards as part of cutting allowance but shouldn’t happen”

“Purchased tape and 35 m2 and chose express delivery. Received confirmation that items would arrive on Monday 16th Oct. It's the 20th today and nothing has arrived nor has anyone from Best4flooring contacted me in this regard. Asked for a refund as the shipment was not fulfilled. Again, no replies. Escalating complaint. How can I recommend the company to anyone based on my experience??”
