“Samples came very quickly and were large enough to really see what the flooring was like (unlike other flooring companies who often provide a tiny piece which doesn't even show the pattern). Ordering was simple, the flooring excellent value and it was delivered free on the selected day. Great service all round.”

“There were many designs to choose from, some of which I have not seen elsewhere, so it is good to see something different. I ordered 2 samples, which arrived very promptly. They were of a good size so it was easy to see the pattern and range of colours. Unfortunately my fitter has explained that the design I liked was not suitable for joining due to the tile pattern, but I will hang onto the idea and see if I can use it in another room.”

All of our sheet vinyl designs and certainly all those you have received a sample of are more than suitable for joining. It's simply a case of having a longer length so you can match it up. When fitted by a professional you can't even tell there is a join. “Although we did not receive any expected notification to confirm the vinyl had been dispatched, it indeed arrived on the specified day in good condition. It was also considerably cheaper than the exact same we had viewed in other stores.”

“What a shambolic company. Ran out of laminate for our extension and used 'best4flooring' to get another 3 packs (as their delivery for small orders was cheaper than our original supplier). They only sent us two packs and it was the wrong laminate. the third pack came later in the week and was damaged and unusable as all the ends had been dunted. This was a problem as I'd arranged for our laminate fitters to come and lay it only to find out they couldn't proceed when they opened up the packs. Best4Flooring attempted to send out a new order of 3 packs a week later and again only two packs arrived and one was damaged and unusable. The third pack came 2 days later. It might be that if you ordered a larger quantity that came on a pallet, it might be ok as it is better protected flat on the pallet. But was not impressed by these guys.”

We endeavour to package all of our floor coverings securely to prevent damages in transit. However, couriers can mishandle items through their network and unfortunately, customers can be left inconvenienced by this. Your feedback is valued and we will look at better ways to package our materials to prevent this from happening in the future. I can appreciate your frustrations at not receiving the service you expected from Best4flooring and subsequently we have refunded the cost of 1 damaged pack.
