“I was generally happy was the service, however my order was not all received on the day agreed due to part of my order being sent out on the wrong delivery. I had to chase a new delivery date, was advised the next day but did not receive again. 2nd call was advised would be the following day in the am, which did turn up just in time for the flooring to be laid.”

“It was quick & easy to order samples which arrived within a few days. The samples are a decent size so you can gauge how the flooring will look. Limited to ordering 3 samples, but luckily one of the designs was just perfect.”

“I only requested some samples of vinyl flooring, which were free. However when they arrived they were coaster sized and did not fully represent the pattern. As such they were entirely useless!”

Hello Lynne, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The cushion floor samples that you ordered are 19cm x 14cm and 22cm x 30cm, so it saddens me to hear that you were displeased with the free samples that you received from us We are usually complemented on the size of our free samples, however, we appreciate your feedback as we are always looking to provide the best service for our customers. Kind Regards, Emma
