“We waited quite a long time for our flooring because of a manufacturing fault with the first lot the company received. I'm so glad they dealt with it the way they did. We would have been inconvenienced if it has been sent to us faulty. Instead we were advised of the problem and kept informed. Once the new batch was available it was dispatched quickly. It is a great product. Looks fantastic; went down well and lays beautifully. We're so glad we waited. Well worth it. So professionally dealt with. Thank you”

“Easy, clear website and ordering process, super fast delivery (ordered on Sun and had my lino on Tue morn!), and it looks v nice. It's not yet been fitted, so I can't comment on its quality, but it looks good, all rolled up.”
