“Although I view your stock online, I prefer to phone orders directly. I can only report how exemplary your staff are. An attention to detail that can be described as conscientious, is rare these days. Specifically, an order placed for a Christmas present, I was advised the item being the last one in stock, had faded and may not be satisfactory. That, is excellent customer service. “The assistants couldn't have been more helpful or patient. My size wasn't in stock but they placed an order for me and the shoes arrived through the post two days later. Excellent service all round. Many thanks.”

“Lovely staff who were very friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I have also used the postal service twice and again a super service. Goods arrived quickly with a friendly hand written note. Also enclosed was a preprinted returns label and instructions for how to return items if needed. I have no hesitation in recommending Beggs shies and will continue to use them. They also have a fantastic range of top quality footwear from Gabor, Reiker etc....all the brands I love!”

“Perfectly fitting shoes and top quality as well. Easy to order and 48 hour delivery service. I spent many hours trying to find shoes that fitted despite being advertised as correct for my feet but had to send them all back except for these from Beggs shoes. Nice little handwritten note was also enclosed---nice touch. Will be going back for some more in the future.”

“I do a lot of shopping online and with lots of different outlets. Very reasonably priced shoes I might add I purchased my shoes and can only say that it was the best customer experience I’ve had from any store/company trader etc. Absolutely fantastic service from placing the order to receipt of my item,I even got a hand written not from their CS team member Karen,just made me smile and puts faith back into local companies. You don’t have to visits the shop to support just order from them and businesses like them One happy customer and would definitely recommend Tony Muir Warrington UK”
