“Beggs are very helpful, friendly and efficient . I requested a size larger than my original order to decide which was the best fit. They sent the second pair very quickly and it was easy to return the first pair. I was very pleased with their service.”

“Amazing service from a small company and a lovely lot of shoes to choose from. Quick delivery, able to give options for delivery which helps whilst working. Paying a small fixed amount for returns to support a small company felt worth it.”

“Love my new ecco trainers. Having arthritic feet I was a little dubious ordering online and half expected to be returning them, but they are comfortable. The little personal touch of a handwritten 'thank you' note inside was also appreciated.”

“Although more than I wanted to pay, my purchase of matching shoes and bag are just what I wanted they are stylish classy and excellent quality. Delivery prompt and free. “Once again, delighted with the service I received from Begg Shoes at 105 in Elgin. Susan did not have my size in stock in the shop but went online and had the shoes delivered there as I was on holiday over Easter. I live in Glasgow and have previously bought shoes from Begg online and always been delighted with the quality, price and service.”
