“Everyone in the Peterhead shop is knowledgeable and super helpful. If what you want is not in stock, ordering is really easy and oders arrive quickly and nicely packed, often with a lovely note inside.”

“Service was quick and items purchased were as seen. A slight hiccough re email address but this was very promptly rectified. Would certainly use them again and must say, I have also found the staff in the Inverness shop very helpful when I have shopped there.”

“I travel 30 minutes on a train specifically to visit Beggs, 2 or 3 times a year. The level of service provided by the sales assistants is second to none. The range of brands and quality of stock is amazing, so whether I'm off to an event and need matching shoes and handbag, or need a new pair of comfortable walking shoes, Beggs never fails to oblige. On my last visit, I took advantage of the free delivery service. The shoes arrived within 48 hours. The finishing touch was that the parcel contained a note from the sales assistant. Love Beggs!”

“I have used Begg shoes twice for boots for myself. The first stand out thing is the quality of the service, really helpful staff and personalised service. I had a problem using my NHS blue light card online and rang the store, a member of staff said she would get the information I needed and rang me back within 15 minutes and sorted it all out for me. The quality of the boots was excellent and price amazing. Will definitely use again as their return package is very reasonable for someone who lives hundreds of miles from the nearest store.”

“Yet another great pair of shoes from the begg family. Easy to order service, arrived quickly. Shoes packed especially lovingly. I also like the little messages that come with the order which are hand written and signed which makes it more personal. This is the second order placed and it was equally as good as the first.
